This very small, size 1.75, bronze ring is well made with sturdy construction. The ring may have belonged to a child, but it is more likely to have been a young noble woman’s knuckle ring. Today’s popular midi-rings have deep roots! This ring was found along the banks of the Danube, after the first thaw, in 2015. We found this ring nestled in a larger ring, held together with centuries of mud and muck. With a little extra effort we were able to extract this tiny treasure and restore it. Our restoration process uses only non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products; for your health and the future.
