This is a one of a kind, very small jewelry piece. The ring is a size 1.75 using standard US sizes. It is bronze with herringbone detail well crafted with attention to detail and sturdy construction. The ring may have belonged to a child, but it is more likely to have been a young noble woman’s knuckle ring. Today’s popular midi-rings have deep roots! This ring was found along the banks of the Danube, after the first thaw, in 2015. When we received this ring it was nestled in a larger ring, held together with centuries of mud and muck. With a little extra effort, we were able to extract this tiny treasure and restore it. Our restoration process uses only non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products; for your health and the future.
