Free Printable! How to organize your coin collection.

There are as many ways to organize your coin collection as there are coins in the world! This free printable is an excel-style spreadsheet. It is an organization printable that you can download for free and keep on your computer, or print and keep with your collection. Read these posts to learn how to organize your coin collection for display or how to insure your coin collection.

The fifteen-page spreadsheet includes five different color-coded sections, one section per country in blue, green, pink, orange, and yellow. There are spaces for 120 coins per country, and room for eight relevant points of information about each coin including:

  • year of production
  • coin composition
  • denomination (face value)
  • mintage
  • coin diameter
  • coin weight
  • cost and
  • value.
