Shipping FAQs

1.) How much is shipping? There is no minimum order for free shipping! We offer free shipping to all US locations, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and many international locations.

2.) Has COVID-19 affected shipping? Due to shipping-partner slowdowns under pressure from COVID-19, we are currently unable to ship to many countries. The United States Post Office has provided the public with this list.

We are actively seeking better international delivery options to circumvent current international shipping difficulties. We look forward to shipping to all countries again as soon as possible.

3.) How long will it take for my package to arrive? In normal times it takes between two and three weeks for packages to make an over-sea journey, but at this time, allow eight weeks for international packages to arrive. We do our best to make sure your packages arrive safely and in a timely manner.

We have seen a slowdown in domestic US shipping also; it is taking a little longer for packages to get where they are going.

At this time and to the best of our knowledge, if you place an order with us Sunday afternoon, and

If you live between Wichita, KS and Dallas, TX you can expect your package in your mailbox no later than Thursday.

If you live in New Orleans, LA it should arrive on or before Friday.

If you live in Salt Lake City, UT it should arrive on or before Saturday.

If you live in Providence, RI it should arrive on or before the following Monday.

If you live in the Florida Keys, Alaska, or Hawaii it should arrive on or before the following Tuesday (barring bad weather).

Our postal carriers are hard workers. We are grateful for their continued service in these uncertain times.

4.) Can I pay for faster shipping? Yes! You can purchase expedited shipping by contacting us in the Add Message box at checkout, or through the Contact Us form on the website. We will email you an invoice with the cost of expedited shipping added to your order. Once you complete your payment, your package will be on its way!
