Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase from Pendant and Ring, or using a Pendant and Ring product, service, website, or engaging with Pendant and Ring social media, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.
Description of Products and Services
The Collectible Coins, Medals and Tokens, Heirloom Pendants and Necklaces, and Hammered Rings sold by Pendant and Ring are original items. No two items are identical. The Certificates of Authenticity are created “to ht best of our knowledge” as coin shop owners and armchair historians. The articles and social media posts affiliated with Pendant and Ring are created with the intent to entertain and educate, errors may occur.
User Rights and Responsibilities
Pendant and Ring website users will engage with Pendant and Ring and other users on pendantandring.com with respect. User interactions with Pendant and Ring social media accounts will be in compliance with the laws and regulations set out by hosting platforms including WordPress, Etsy, eBay, Meta, Pinterest, NightCafe, and other respective social media platforms as indicated by their terms and conditions regarding users rights and responsibilities.
Payment and Billing
Products purchased through the platforms Etsy and eBay are handled under the Etsy and eBay Terms and Conditions respectively. Products purchased directly from Pendant and Ring will be shipped at Pendant and Ring’s discretion with a parcel service picked by Pendant and Ring, to delivery addresses supplied by the buyer of said product upon receipt of payment.
Intellectual Property Rights
Use of any Pendant and Ring branding is strictly prohibited. Plagiarizing content from any Pendant and Ring publication including the website, social media accounts, or four (4) stores including videos, images, audio, and text is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission of Pendant and Ring. Theft of intellectual property and incidents of plagiarizing will result in legal action.

Dispute Resolution
For disputes regarding purchase(s) completed on Etsy or eBay please contact Pendant and Ring on the appropriate platform. For disputes regarding purchase(s) made directly from Pendant and Ring, please contact Pendant and Ring through the Contact Us form.
Limitation of Liability
If a Pendant and Ring manufacturing flaw results in damage during normal jewelry use, please contact Pendant and Ring with photos of the flaw and resultant damage so we can work with you to fix the manufacturing error. If an error is found in a Certificate of Authenticity (COA), please contact Pendant and Ring with a photo or scan of the current COA and proof of the error. The user may also request a corrected COA delivered at no charge to the user.
Termination of Services
Pendant and Ring reserves the right to block communications from any user at any time without provocation or notification.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Notice of changes to Terms and Conditions will be sent via subscription email to all pendantandring.com subscribers. Current Terms and Conditions are posted on the Pendant and Ring website.
