In The Loop, #11, September 2019

Hello and Welcome to September’s installment of In The Loop. If you are new to the Pendant and Ring family In The Loop is our monthly newsletter. In our newsletters we look back at the previous month’s performance numbers, look forward to some of the upcoming discussions and items available soon on Pendant and Ring, and usually discuss one other topic. In this month’s edition we open our comments in order to share some testimonials with you. So let’s get started!

Reviews

Your reviews are important to us! First we enjoy hearing from you, and secondly, we learn how to do our jobs better when you let us know what you do and do not like. As we collectively enter the busy gift-giving season it is easy to feel overwhelmed. When we feel the pressure we get some tea (Green tea with mint for me and Constant Comment for Charles) and turn to your notes of appreciation. After five to ten of your notes we feel rejuvenated and ready to get back to work. Thank you for sharing with us! We love hearing from you!
