During the winter it is not uncommon for many forms of depression to rear their ugly heads. Sometimes, in the dark of winter, in the depths of depression, all we need is a nudge to remember that we can find our way out of the dark.
You are the light, radiant on the inside and on the outside.
I ascribe to the idea that wanting to feel good again is the first step to feeling good again. Like the philosopher, Seneca said, “It is part of the cure to wish to be cured.”
If you want to find your way back to the light, consider this as an invitation.
Now get up and eat something. You have to have energy to love your wonderful self.
