This post is a little different than our usual posts. It’s more of a getting-to-know-you kind of post.
Are you an NFL football fan? We are. Charles is a Bucs fan, really, he’s a Tom Brady fan. When Brady moved from the Patriots to the Buccaneers Charles was slow to get into the Florida spirit, but over the season he warmed to the idea and now sports a Bucs hat whenever he goes to the post office. With his love of pirate jewelry and the Spanish history of the area, it just makes sense that Charles would love the Bucs too!
On the other hand, I have been a devoted Browns fan since Baker was drafted and have slowly traded the Crimson and Cream in my wardrobe for Orange and Brown. I was thrilled that Baker’s Brownies made it to the playoffs this year. They are a young team and they improve every game. I can’t wait to see what they do next season!
Despite our diverse loyalties, we are united in our sportsman-like disdain for the Kansas City Chiefs. 😂 As the Chiefs and the Bucs head to the SuperBowl in Florida, keep us in your thoughts, we will be watching right alongside you, and rooting for the Bucs!
